Rather than focusing only on what leaders should do differently, the Leadership Program examines what shapes reactions in the first place: unconscious complexes, defense mechanisms, psychodynamic personality structure, cognitive levels and transference dynamics.
The aim isn't simply to learn new concepts. It's to see yourself, other people, and the systems around you more clearly.
